Villa Kiskadee

There is easy access to restaurants, beaches, shops, banks/ATMs and the airport.

The villa is spacious and air conditioned. To make your stay easier we arrange collection (and drop off) from the airport so you don't have to find your own way to the villa. Our property manager Deon will give you an orientation of the villa and can recommend the best people on the island for tours, fishing trips, snorkelling, rainforest walks, bird-watching etc.

Our housekeeper Beverly will service the villa during the week and will occasionally cook for guests by private arrangement so it's a great way to sample local dishes in the comfort of the villa and our guests have always commented on how amazing Bev's food is.

The location is quiet and also benefits from security points around the development as a whole.

Bedrooms:

Three large double bedrooms with ample storage and wardrobe/hanging space. The master bedroom is en-suite and contains a safe for storing valuables. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. A hair dryer is also provided in the villa.

Bathrooms:

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, containing a shower, WC and wash basin.  The 2nd bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms and also has a shower, WC and wash basin.

Kitchen:

The large open plan kitchen contains a fridge, freezer, American-style cooker and induction hob with a grill, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, toaster, coffee percolator and blender. Local flavour home-cooked meals can be provided by Beverly upon request (for a small fee).

Utility Room:

Large wash basin, tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron. There is a washing line outside.

Living Rooms:

Lounge has two sofas and an armchair positioned around coffee tables. There is cable TV, DVD, CD player/radio, MP3 speaker system and phone. The lounge has ceiling fans. Twin patio doors open out onto the patio and pool area. Games, books and tour guides are also provided for guest use.

There is a dining area, with seating for six people and outsiode seating on the poolside patio.

Entertainment:

The villa has been designed to be a home away from home, so there is ample storage, useful leaflets, children’s DVDs, board games and books.  We also provide details on local amenities, restaurants, guides and attractions. Deon can also recommend island activities and tours.

Servicing the villa, towels and linens:

The villa has a dedicated housekeeper.  Linen and towels (inc. pool towels) are provided and changed regularly. It is also possible to arrange for meals to be prepared via personal agreement with Beverly.
